1. Eligibility for Refunds

• Refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to refunds@academicresearchhub.edu.au within 14 calendar days from the date of purchase.

• Refunds are generally available only for courses or workshops that have not been accessed or started.

• If you have accessed course materials or participated in workshops, refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis, depending on the extent of usage and circumstances.

 

2. Non-Refundable Items

• Registration fees, administrative fees, and any promotional or discounted purchases are non-refundable.

• Fees for digital downloads, certificates, or other non-tangible goods once delivered are non-refundable.

• Refunds will not be issued for dissatisfaction due to personal reasons, change of mind, or failure to complete the course.

 

3. Process for Requesting a Refund

• To request a refund, please email refunds@academicresearchhub.edu.au with your full name, course/workshop title, date of purchase, and reason for the refund request.

• Our team will acknowledge your request within 3 business days and may contact you for additional information.

• Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days using the original payment method.

 

4. Cancellations by Academic Research Excellence Hub

• In the unlikely event that we cancel a course or workshop, you will be notified promptly and offered a full refund or the option to transfer to another course.

• We are not responsible for any additional costs or losses incurred due to cancellations.

 

5. Changes to This Refund Policy
We reserve the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website with an updated effective date.
